Andreas M. Koumenides JD

Non-Executive director, Easy-Forex Trading Ltd

Mr. Koumenides, a non-executive member of the board, having over 13 years of experience in the banking sector, is a member of the Pennsylvania, USA Bar Association and has passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam of the American Institute of CPAs. He has an extensive experience in International Banking and has headed the setup and management of a subsidiary bank for a large banking group in Cyprus, in its expansion in Eastern Europe. He currently is the Managing Director of a Legal and Financial Advisory firm in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Agamemnon Loutsios

Non-Executive director, Easy-Forex Trading Ltd

Mr. Loutsios, a non-executive member of the board, has worked for the Bank of Cyprus for 38 years. He holds a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance, and the Certificate of professional competence for the supervision of dealings in financial instruments section. From 1984-2007, Mr. Loutsios worked as the Treasurer for the Bank of Cyprus before his retirement in December 2007.

Savvas Patsalides

Manager, Easy-Forex Trading Ltd

Mr. Patsalides, having 10 years experience in the financial services and commercial banking industries, completed his postgraduate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His recent experience includes Compliance Officer of a regulated investment firm, and since joining Easy- Forex in 2006, he was responsible for the Group’s compliance with relevant regulatory bodies internationally.

Michael Konnaris

Executive Director, Easy-Forex Trading Ltd

Mr. Konnaris has the overall responsibility of managing the Dealing Room activities of the organization internationally. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, furthered his studies at Harvard University (USA) and has an MSc in Finance from the City University of London. With over 15 years of experience in the Forex market, Mr. Konnaris is a specialist in the field of Currency Options. he has held senior posts with large financial institutions such as Nat West Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He joined Easy-Forex in 2005 and manages the group's risk policy and Dealing Rooms in USA, Australia and the Middle East.

O.Y. Komem

Executive Director, Easy-Forex Trading Ltd

As a co-founder of Easy-Forex, Mr. Komem specializes in eCommerce of multi-currency solutions. He has a strong background in banking and is an expert in international trading and hedging. Prior to Easy-Forex he managed large customer Forex accounts and has published numerous professional articles on Forex trade techniques and theories. Since the start of Easy-Forex, he has been a major force developing and implementing the organization's global strategies that have made Easy-Forex a leading and innovative company in the global Forex market today.
